You can always support your student through:

• frequent and consistent communication with their teacher.
• checking their folder daily.
• utilizing web-based resources such as duolingo and say hi! (a couple of free apps).
• changing the language of your TV when they are watching their favorite shows or movies. 
• labeling items around the home in both languages. 
• providing access to books and other print material.
